Currently we are helping identify a Scientific Director for a consortium developing an expedited pathway for approvals of therapeutics to treat Type 1 Diabetes OR Rare Diseases.
The Type 1 Diabetes leader will work with project managers and coordinators, internal and external stakeholders, and domestic/foreign regulators to create tools which will impact evaluation and approval of drugs for T1D therapeutics and devices specifically, and potentially autoimmune therapeutics more generally. You will need experience in a biotech/pharma or medical device company, an advanced scientific or medical degree, strong analytical and people skills, and a passion to make a difference.
The Rare Disease Scientific Director will be a key player in developing a centralized and standardized infrastructure to support and accelerate rare disease characterization in order to approve therapy development. You will need experience in a biotech/pharma company or rare disease patient advocacy group, an advanced scientific or medical degree, strong analytical and people skills, and a passion to make a difference.
